Here’s a creamy dressing without the fat. The garlic, dill, and lemon juice make a salad perk right up.
Grocery shopping list:
|1-Garlic clove crushed||2 Tbl. Olive Oil|
|1-Tabl. Shallot minced||1/3 cup Apple Cider vinegar|
|1-Tbl. fresh juice juice||2/3- cup Plain low-fat yogurt|
|1-Tbl. Dijon mustard|
|1-teaspoon chopped Dill Weed|
medium bowl, whisk, jar or bottle to store dressing.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together until well blended.
- Store in a jar with a lid or salad dressing bottle in the refrigerator.
