We’re half way through the week! Can you believe it? This morning you and Carol enjoyed a breakfast tortilla for under 250 calories and a cold glass of OJ.
We want to share with you our plans for dinner. Flaky delicious fish, yummy green beans, healthy potato salad and a big serving of fruit. So much food for only 589 calories!
Look at how yummy that fish looks! It was so simple to make!
Here is the picture of the fish and ingredients. Fish, foil, lemon, some spices and pico-de-gallo. Pop it in the oven and you’re really all set.
