Spice Things Up

Instead of using salt to add flavor to your foods, try using some of these spices listed below instead! Most baking soda and baking powder contain sodium but they don’t have to. Try using a product like Featherweight Baking Powder. This is a great way to add flavor to your foods without adding the extra unneeded sodium!
