¾ whole white wheat flour
½ cup Hershey’s 100% Cocoa Special Dark
2 teaspoons of Featherweight sodium free Baking Powder
¼ cup Smart Balance Light Butter & Canola Oil Blend
2 cups Splenda Blend
4 egg whites
3 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare an 8-inch pan by spraying with non-stick vegetable spray. Sift together whole wheat flour, cocoa, and baking powder and set aside.
Use a mixer and cream together the Splenda Blend and Smart Balance Spread. Add egg whites and vanilla and stir. Gradually pour in the flour mixture until well mixed. Finally, stir in nuts.
Add mix to the pan and spread evenly. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on a rake, cut, and enjoy!
