The client meets with the R.D. once a week for 6 or 7 weeks depending on the package. Each week is a different topic to help the client meet his or her dietary goals.
- On the first week a nutritional assessment is done.
- The second visit involves reviewing recommendations and implementing your individualized program.
- The third visit is at the grocery store for a tour of the best foods to put into your kitchen.
- Other visits may include a visit to Carol’s kitchen, a discussion on dining out and fast food, eating on trips and during the holidays, the psychology of eating, and incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine.
Weight Loss Package A includes all of the above, and is a 6-week program.
Weight Loss Package B includes all of Package A plus an additional exercise class that focuses on strength and aerobic exercise. This is a 7-week program.
Weight Loss Package C includes all of Package B but in place of the psychology of eating you get a 90 minute private cooking session. This is a 7-week program.
